Sounds of Tomorrow is a non-profit, collaborative offering of entertainment industry professionals, inspired by New Jersey natives who value giving back to the community and creating opportunities for others. Sounds of Tomorrow takes a Culturally Responsive and Trauma-Informed Approach to arts education and is dedicated to working with youth and adult creatives in under-served communities to promote social change through the Arts via positive messaging, talent development and holistic educational programming.
“WE BELIEVE IN HELPING GLOBAL CITIZENS TO RECLAIM AND RENEW THEMSELVES, AND THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS, THROUGH URBAN ECOLOGICAL PLANNING AND HOLISTIC ACTIVISM STIMULATED BY MULTICULTURALISM AND THE ARTS.”
We contribute a system of equitable opportunities for creatives, teachers of creatives and partnering creative spaces who chose to activate our programming. We provide demographic appropriate, mental health infused, cross cultural curricula and projects that extend internationally.
Adults could also sign up for programming and gain access to cohorts, contests, internship to job opportunities, possibilities for international travel and more.
The training and application process is documented for individual and collective portfolios and increases the exposure and viability of all involved.
At each level, artists compete for participation in projects that are pushed to the industry.
