Sounds of Tomorrow connects creativity with personal growth and career opportunity. Through artist development, hands-on media workshops, youth mentorship, workforce training, and professional production, we help young people and adults build skills, confidence, and a body of work they can be proud of. Our Somerset creative facility and community partnerships bring learning, support, and real production experience together.
Our Story
Who we are
Founded by Dwayne Seaton, Sounds of Tomorrow bridges education, community, and the creative industries. We help participants turn their interests into practical skills through guided learning, meaningful relationships, and hands-on projects.
Our work brings together creative workshops, trauma-informed mentorship for youth ages 7–21, workforce development, and Sounds of Tomorrow Productions. From a first recording or podcast to a portfolio and interview preparation, we support the steps that help people move forward with purpose.

Our Workforce Division connects creative learning with job readiness. Participants practice teamwork, meet deadlines, build portfolios, and gain exposure to professional production environments. Through partner-supported opportunities and real paid productions, eligible interns can apply their skills while preparing for creative industry careers.
