What ages do you serve?
The Mentorship Division serves ages 7–21. Creative workshop age groups and workforce eligibility vary by session and partner program. SOT Connect digital accounts are for ages 13+.
Are the workshops currently available?

How do I start a mentorship referral?
Visit the Mentorship Division and use its inquiry form. Families and care managers can discuss service fit, availability, referral steps, and authorization arrangements.
Do you accept Flex Funding?
Yes, for eligible, authorized mentorship services. The referring care manager and SOT team confirm funding, scope, scheduling, and documentation before services begin.
Does applying guarantee an internship or paid work?
No. Internship, placement, and paid-production opportunities depend on project needs, eligibility, funding, and current availability. Scope and compensation are confirmed for each specific opportunity.
Is SOT Connect signup the same as enrollment?
No. A digital account is separate from mentorship, workshops, studio access, and workforce participation. Each pathway has its own inquiry or enrollment process.
